Chronic Care Policy Alliance (CCPA) submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding the proposed GLOBE and GUARD models for Medicare Part B and Part D.
In the letters, CCPA expresses concerns that both models prioritize government savings over meaningful patient care affordability and could limit access to innovative therapies. We urged CMS to withdraw the proposals and focus on reforms that directly lower out-of-pocket costs for patients while safeguarding access to effective treatments.
