California leads the way in innovation, and now we can lead in the fight against cancer. Multi-cancer early detection (MCED) tests use a simple blood draw to find dozens of cancers early. Rep. Valadao is championing access to these screenings in Medicare.
The Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening Coverage Act (H.R. 842) would allow Medicare to cover these groundbreaking tests, so seniors do not have to wait. With more than 300 members in Congress and national bipartisan support, this bill would give California seniors access to the latest cancer detection technology.
